Tonya Reynoldson, OD

Dr. Tonya Reynoldson is an optometrist, healthcare executive, and educator with more than 25 years of experience in clinical practice, practice management, and healthcare operations. She currently serves as Director of EHR Support for AEG Vision where she helps optimize clinical workflows, improve documentation, enhance billing and coding accuracy, and support doctor development across a multi-state network.

Dr. Reynoldson earned her Doctor of Optometry degree and later completed her MBA, combining clinical expertise with a passion for leadership, efficiency, and patient-centered care. She has served on the Tennessee Board of Optometry, past TAOP President, and is a frequent speaker on topics including EHR optimization, coding and compliance, practice performance, and physician development.

Known for her collaborative leadership style and practical approach to problem-solving, Dr. Reynoldson is passionate about helping eye care professionals improve clinical outcomes, streamline operations, and deliver exceptional patient experiences.
